Allergens and Dietary Requirements

Tamil Square takes food safety seriously, particularly concerning allergens. Our dishes are prepared in kitchens where common allergens may be present, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. As such, although we take every reasonable precaution to reduce cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. It is the responsibility of each customer to notify staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. While we strive to accommodate such needs, we cannot be held liable for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.

Reservations

Customers are welcome to reserve tables via our website, phone, or in person. We ask all guests to arrive promptly for their bookings. In the event of a late arrival exceeding 15 minutes without notice, the reserved table may be released to other waiting customers. We appreciate advance notice for any cancellations or changes to a reservation, which helps us manage availability efficiently and offer quality service to all patrons.

Takeaway and Delivery Orders

Once a takeaway or delivery order is placed and preparation has commenced, it cannot be altered. Refunds are granted only in cases of missing or incorrect items and are subject to the discretion of management. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Tamil Square is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect contact details or addresses provided at the time of ordering.

Large Orders and Catering Services

For large orders, including catering services, we require a deposit or full payment in advance by the specified deadline. This ensures that necessary ingredients and resources are prepared to meet the customer’s request. If the agreed payment is not received by the deadline, Tamil Square reserves the right to cancel the order. Furthermore, we may take formal action, including the submission of a complaint or legal claim, against customers who fail to pay as agreed. Late payments may also incur additional administrative or interest charges.

Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our menus and website are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Tamil Square accepts most major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payments through trusted platforms. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal changes, supplier costs, or market fluctuations.

Service Refusal

Tamil Square maintains the right to refuse service to any individual under reasonable circumstances. This includes situations involving abusive or threatening behavior, suspected fraud or misuse of services, or violations of these Terms and Conditions. Our aim is to create a respectful and safe environment for all customers and staff.

Complaints and Feedback

We strive to always offer high-quality food and service. If a customer is dissatisfied, we encourage them to contact us at tamilsquarecheam@gmail.com within 48 hours of their visit or order. Complaints submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for resolution. Constructive feedback is always welcome as it helps us to improve.
